Fried Pork Chops

2 thin          Center Cup Loin Pork Chops

                    Salt

                    Pepper

                    Pam

Clip outer section (ridged/fatty section) of chops, salt and pepper on both sides. Heat Skillet on medium high (7) and spray with Pam. Put chops in hot pan and fry until each side is dark brown (about 5 minutes each side according to thickness/should be well done and brown/white inside when cut). Serves 1 or 2
