1 T-bone
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Granulated Garlic (to taste)
Applewood Rub
Butter with Olive Oil
Set oven on broil/500 degrees. Season meat with Salt, Pepper & Garlic. Lightly cover T-bone with Applewood Rub and press into meat. Put butter in microwave for 10 seconds. Cover Steak in butter. Broil for 5 minutes and turn over. Broil for another 5 minutes (Rare). Broil for 7 minutes and turn over. Broil for another 5 minutes. (Medium/well-done). Or broil 7 minutes and turn over. Broil for another 7 minutes. (Well-done). Adjust time according to thickness of steak-as needed. T-bones may be grilled outside. Serves 1 or 2

French fries, Home fries or Baked Potato
