Yorkshire Pudding

1 cup             Flour

1 cup             Milk

½ tsp.           Salt

Preheat oven to 425 Deg. Thirty minutes before roast is done, mix all ingredients until smooth. Spray pan with nonstick oil.  Put Ingredients in 9-inch pie pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cut pudding into squares; cover with gravy. Serves 6 to 9
