Fruit jams and jellies are now available in low sugar or no sugar varieties. There is always sugar in them because there is natural sugar in fruit.
Scrambled Omelet

4 Eggs
Pinch Salt
Pinch Black Pepper ¼ Bell Pepper diced
1 Small Onion diced 1 tsp. Milk
¼ Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese 1 small Tomato Sliced
Mix all ingredients except tomato in mixing bowl and beat until eggs are mixed well with rest of ingredients. Spray skillet with Pam and cook egg mixture over Medium heat. Constantly stir until eggs are solid and moist but not brown. Top with sliced tomato.

Toasted Stone Ground Wheat, Rye, English Muffins or Biscuits
Low or no sugar jelly, preserves or fresh fruit
Orange Juice, Milk and/or coffee
