Pork Gravy

All purpose Flour in sifter
Kettle of hot water
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Meat Drippings
Heat olive oil in saucepan on medium high (7) flame. Brown Pork (chops, Roast, etc.) in oil. Remove meat and sift flour into hot oil. Add Salt and Pepper. Brown - stirring constantly. When it starts getting thick, slowly add hot water while briskly stirring until slightly runny consistency. Serves 4-5
