Chicken Goulash

1 lb. Baked boneless, skinless chicken (cut in 1 inch chunks)
1 8-oz. can Cream of chicken Soup
1 12-oz. can Early peas drained
½ 8-oz. Soup Can Water
1 small can Mushrooms (drained) Optional
½ small Sautéed Chopped onion
1 small Sautéed Chopped Bell Pepper
2 tbsp Olive Oil to sauté peppers and onions
Preheat oven at 375 Deg. Heat soup and water in pot and mix well. Mix all ingredients in Casserole dish, cover and put in oven for about 45 minutes. Serves 4-6
Serve Over
Mashed Potatoes, Rice or Noodles

Dinner Roll or Corn Bread
Iced Tea, Milk or white wine
