BLT (Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato)

3 slices Fried, Crispy, Lean Bacon (see Pork/bacon)
1 slice Large ripe Tomato
2 Crisp leaves Lettuce
2 slices White or Wheat bread (toasted)
1 tsp. Miracle Whip Salad dressing
Spread salad dressing liberally on toast. Place lettuce on toast; place tomato on Lettuce; salt tomato if desired; break bacon in half and place 3 pieces on tomato; place 3 pieces bacon cross wise on bacon. Put toast on top and cut into a triangle. Serves 1

French fries, Chips or Potato Salad
Sweet, Sour or Dill Pickle
Iced Tea, Soda or Milk
White Bread: This is not the healthiest bread but it’s the only one that makes a tasty BLT (White Wheat tastes like white bread).
