1 Lb. Fresh or frozen Cod File’s (or your favorite fish)
Lemon Pepper Spice
Margarine, sliced into pads

Heat oven to 350 Deg. Cover cookie type pan with no stick foil. Put cod on foil covered pan. Season both sides of Cod with Lemon Pepper Spice. Put pads of margarine on cod. Bake for about 10 minutes. Turn over and bake another 10 minutes. Serves 2 to 4
Serve with
Coleslaw, cut up Vegetables or Salad
Potato Salad, French Fries or Baked Potato

Hushpuppies
