Hawaiian Hotdogs

10 All beef hotdogs
10 Slices of lean bacon
Sweet Relish
Mustard
20 Toothpicks
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut hotdogs lengthwise down the center without cutting all the way through. Spread inside of hotdogs with mustard. Fill each hotdog with relish. Wrap each hotdog in one slice of bacon. Fasten each end of the bacon with a toothpick. Put in oven for 15 minutes. Turn over with thongs and put back in oven for another 15 minutes or until bacon is brown. When dogs are done, either remove the toothpicks and put them in a hot dog bun (serve as hotdogs) or cut each one in half and leave toothpicks in place (serve as snacks). Serves 8-10

Deviled eggs, little smokies and/or meatballs
