Red Potatoes & Green Beans

1 lb. Fresh Green Snap Beans (or 1 12-oz. Can of green snap beans)
5 med. Red Potatoes
1 tiny piece of Bacon
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
Snap beans and rinse (or open a can of green snap beans & drain) and put in 4-6 quart pot; Peal the Potatoes and rinse; put in same pot with the beans; Put bacon bits and rest of spices in pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil; cover with lid and simmer for about 45 minutes or until a fork can be easily inserted into the largest potato. Serves 4-5
