Stuffed Baked Potato

4 lg. Idaho Baking Potatoes
1 1-in. thick Ham Steak
1 cup Grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 med. Diced Onion
½ cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
Preheat oven on 400 degrees. Take a long fork and stick holes in the top of each potato. Put on middle wrack in oven and bake for about 1 – 1 ½ hour or (Use a hot glove to handle the potatoes) until largest potato gives when gently squeezed. Remove from oven and set on counter. Cut the top of skins off; scoop out the potato into a large mixing bowl and set the skin shells aside. Spray Pam on grill on top of stove and heat burner to Medium (5). Put Ham on grill and cook about 5 minutes, turn over and cook another 5 minutes. Put Ham on cutting board and cut into 1-inch pieces. Put in the bowl with the potatoes. Put rest of ingredients in bowl. Thoroughly mix ingredients and stuff back into potato shells. Get a large glass-baking dish; Spray it with Pam. Set the stuffed potatoes in pan. Put in oven for about 30 minutes or until the cheese melts. Serves 5-6
