HAMBURGER COQUETTES Sauce

 2 16-oz cans     stewed tomatoes, diced

1 tsp.                 salt                                    

1 tsp.                 pepper                         

1 tbsp.               garlic                                                                                           

1 tbs.                 Worcestershire sauce                                          

1 large               onion, sliced     

1tbsp                 Olive oil

Sauté onion slices in olive oil, Drain oil from skillet (retaining onions). Cover with stewed tomatoes. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper to tomatoes. Bring to boil, stir & simmer for 30 minutes. Serves 3 to 6

Serve over Rice

With:

Green beans, Salad

Garlic Bread

Red wine, iced tea or milk
