2 Tblsp. Cattleman’s Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce
Seasoning Salt
2 Tblsp. Olive Oil
Heat oven to 400 Deg. Baste ribs with olive oil on both sides. Season half the ribs with seasoning salt on both sides. Put in oven for 45 minutes. Baste other half of ribs with BBQ sauce and turn ribs over. Baste the other side of half of ribs with BBQ sauce. Put back in oven for another 30 minutes or until dark brown. Serves 4 to 6Serve with
Baked Sweet Potatoes, Candid Yams, Corn, Potato Salad, or Macaroni and cheese
Ranch Style Beans, red beans or Lima Beans
