Stuffed Pork Chops

2 1-inch         Pork Chops

2 cups            Sage Stuffing

                       Salt

                       Black Pepper

Set oven at 375 Deg. With a boning knife, cut a pocket in the pork chops. Salt & Pepper all sides of pork chop. Brown inside of pork chops and stuff with sage stuffing. Put in cast iron skillet and cover stuffing with foil so it will not burn. Cook for 30 min. remove foil and cook another 10 minutes until stuffing is brown. Serves 2

Green beans and/or Salad

Pineapple and/or apple sauce

Milk, Iced tea or red wine
