1 batch Cornbread Dressing (White bread/Cornbread Dressing)
6 Chicken Breasts (or legs or thighs or a mix), Skinned
Seasoning Salt
Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put Cornbread dressing in baking dish. Season Chicken on both sides. Brush chicken with Olive Oil. Bake in oven for about 45 minutes to an hour until chicken is done and dressing is brown. Serves 4 to 6
