2 slices Jewish Rye Bread
1 French's mustard
4 slices Deli Sliced corned beef
2 slices Provolone cheese
1 Tbsp. sauerkraut with poppy seeds (optional)
Spread mustard on Rye Bread. Pile corned beef on one slice of Rye. Evenly spread sauerkraut over beef. Lay cheese over beef and sauerkraut. Put in microwave and heat on high for 35 seconds or until cheese melts. Serves one
