Mom’s Fried Oysters

1 doz. Gulf Oysters
1 cup Flour
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Milk
2 cups Olive Oil
Mix eggs and milk in a bowl. Put flour in another bowl. Drain liquid from Oysters or shuck (remove from shells) and clean Oysters. Put oil in a 12-inch skillet and heat on medium high (6). One at a time, dip oysters in eggs; roll in flour and put in hot oil. Cook about 2 minutes or until golden brown and turn over. Cook about 1 minute or until golden brown. With slotted spoon, put the Oysters on paper towels to drain. Serves 1 to 2Serve with
