Potato Soup

1 & 1/2 cup Left over mashed potatoes (Mashed Potatoes)
1 pkt Lipton Onion Soup
2 tbsp Butter
1tsp Olive oil
1 ½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Celery seeds
1 tsp. Black Pepper
3 cups Milk
Put olive oil in Fry-pan. Melt Margarine in pan with oil. Stir and add flour in margarine until pasty consistency. Heat and stir till golden brown. Slowly add milk while stirring constantly. As it gets thick, add more milk until runny. Add Onion soup, Potatoes & spices. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6
