4 Med. Russet Potatoes
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Med. Onion, Minced
Flour in sifter
Salt shaker
Pepper shaker
Milk
Covered Casserole Dish
Pam
Preheat oven to 400 Deg. Spray Casserole dish with Pam. Peal and slice potatoes to about ½ inch thick. Put a layer of potatoes in dish, Sift a layer of flour over potatoes, salt & pepper flour, put a sprinkling of onions over flour, Put a layer of cheese over Onions and gently pour enough milk over mixture to barely cover. Repeat process until bowl is almost full. Cover and put in oven (with foil under dish to catch anything that boils over) for about an hour or until potatoes are tender and cheese is turning brown on top. Serves 4-5
