Meat Loaf Surprise

1 lb. Ground Round
1/2 tube Jimmy Dean Regular Sausage (no sage)
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup
1 Can Campbell's Mushroom Soup
1 Sm can Sliced Button mushrooms (optional)
1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup (divided)
2 X L Eggs
1 cup Quaker Oats
4 Boiled Eggs (optional/it’s a surprise)
Leave out the boiled eggs in the middle and you just have meatloaf.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Set aside 1/4 th of tomato soup and boiled eggs. Mix all other ingredients together except the oats; add oats until mixture is firm enough to lift out of the bowl without dripping but not so dry that all the moisture is gone. Put ½ of mixture in pan. Put eggs in center of mixture and cover the eggs with the other half of the mixture. Cover mixture with remaining tomato soup. Bake in oven for 1 hour or until meat is brown and pulls away from sides of pan. Serves 6 – 8

Green beans, red beans, sweet peas, &/or Salad
