Fried Pork Chops

2 thin          Center Cup Loin Pork Chops

                    Salt

                    Pepper

 2 tbsp          Olive Oil

Clip outer section (ridged/fatty section) of chops, salt and pepper on both sides. Heat Skillet on medium high (7) and coat pan with olive oil. Put chops in hot pan and fry until each side is dark brown (about 5 minutes each side according to thickness/should be well done and brown/white inside when cut). Serves 1 or 2

Serve With

Potato Salad, Sweet Potatoes, Fries or Rice & Gravy
